Currently, Zuviz is only available for Google Chrome. We may support other Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Opera) in the future. Firefox support is not planned at this time.

Free tier includes: Up to 4 strategy legs, 12 templates, 5 saved strategies, payoff diagrams, PNG export (with watermark).

Premium adds: Unlimited legs and saves, all 20 templates, Greeks analysis (Δ, Γ, Θ, ν, ρ), time decay simulator, probability cone, watermark-free exports, CSV export, and priority support.

Greeks measure how an option's price changes with various factors:

Zuviz uses the Black-Scholes model for options pricing and Greeks calculations. While this is the industry standard, real-world prices may differ due to bid/ask spreads, dividends, early exercise (American options), and market conditions. Zuviz is for educational purposes and strategy analysis—always verify with your broker.

Yes! Free users can export charts as PNG images (with watermark). Premium users get watermark-free PNGs plus CSV data export for further analysis in Excel, Python, or other tools.

No, we do not offer refunds. However, we strongly encourage you to try the free tier first. It includes all core functionality—payoff diagrams, templates, and strategy saving. Only upgrade when you're confident Premium features are right for you.

3. Open Zuviz, go to Settings
4. Enter your license key and click "Activate"

Your license is validated instantly and persists across sessions.

Yes, your license can be activated on up to 3 devices. If you need to transfer to a new device, simply deactivate from one device (via Settings) before activating on another.

No. All your strategies and settings are stored locally in Chrome's storage. We don't have access to your data. The only network request is for license validation (when activating Premium), which sends only your license key—no personal data.

Try these steps:
1. Refresh the extension (close and reopen popup)
2. Check if you've cleared Chrome's extension data recently
3. Make sure you're not in incognito mode (storage doesn't persist)
4. If using multiple Chrome profiles, strategies are per-profile

This can happen if hardware acceleration is disabled. Try:
1. Go to Chrome Settings → System → Enable "Use hardware acceleration when available"
2. Restart Chrome
3. If issues persist, try updating your graphics drivers

Absolutely! While templates give you a starting point, you can fully customize any strategy. Add legs, change strikes, adjust quantities, modify premiums—build any combination you like. Premium users have no limits on the number of legs.
