• Premium license activation status

This data is stored in Chrome's local storage and never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.

Data Transmitted to Our Servers

When activating a premium license, we send:

• Your license key (to validate with Gumroad)
• A device fingerprint (to enforce device limits)

We do NOT collect: names, emails, browsing history, or any personal information.

2. How We Use Information

• License validation: To verify premium purchases
• Device limits: To prevent license abuse

We do NOT use your data for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.

3. Third-Party Services

Gumroad

Premium purchases are processed through Gumroad. Gumroad's privacy policy applies to payment processing. We only receive your license key—not your payment details.

Umami Analytics (Website Only)

This website uses Umami, a privacy-focused, open-source analytics platform. Umami does NOT use cookies, does NOT collect personal data, and is GDPR/CCPA compliant by default. The Zuviz extension does NOT include any analytics.

4. Data Storage & Security

• All strategy data is stored locally using Chrome's storage API
• Data is encrypted using Chrome's built-in security
• We don't have access to your locally stored data
• License validation uses HTTPS encryption

5. Data Retention

Your local data persists until you uninstall the extension or clear Chrome's extension data. We retain minimal license validation logs for 90 days for abuse prevention.

6. Your Rights

• Access: All your data is stored locally—you have full access
• Deletion: Uninstall the extension to delete all data
• Portability: Export your strategies as JSON from Settings

7. Children's Privacy

Zuviz is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Significant changes will be announced via the extension's changelog.
