1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Zuviz Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zuviz is a Chrome extension that provides options trading strategy visualization tools, including payoff diagrams, Greeks calculations, and time decay simulation. The Service is provided for educational purposes only.

3. No Financial Advice

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Zuviz is NOT a financial advisor. The Service does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or financial guidance. All calculations are theoretical and based on the Black-Scholes model. Real-world results will vary due to commissions, bid/ask spreads, dividends, early exercise, and market conditions.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Zuviz for personal, non-commercial purposes. Premium features require a valid license purchased through our authorized channels (Gumroad).

5. No Refunds Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

Before purchasing a premium license, we strongly encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate whether Zuviz meets your needs. The free tier includes all core functionality.

6. Usage Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Share, resell, or redistribute premium license keys
  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent license restrictions
  • Use automated systems to access the Service

7. Device Limits

Premium licenses may be activated on up to 3 devices. We reserve the right to revoke licenses that appear to be shared or sold.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Calculations will be accurate or suitable for trading decisions
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOWZANA SOFT SOLUTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any trading losses or financial damages
  • Errors or inaccuracies in calculations
  • Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and designs in Zuviz are owned by Fowzana Soft Solution. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license is revoked and you must uninstall the extension.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
